Msrk Evans - Therapy in Leicester

Dear Mark – I would like to say thank you as I was amazed how beneficial your counselling sessions were for me. As you know I has been going through a very emotional time since suddenly loosing my dad in February this year which was completely unexpected. Following our sessions, remarkably I felt completely different about things and have been very productive now for months. Almost all of what you were saying sounded just like me and the way I have allowed my mind to control me with negative thoughts. I am very keen to continue with counselling in the future as I do not want to return to anxiety medication again. Thanks again.’ Fred, Landscape Gardener

Transforming emotions

To deal with and successfully move on from our difficulties, to achieve positive emotional wellbeing and good mental health we need:

  • Time and a confidential space to reflect
  • Someone outside of our immediate support network, who you don’t know and who has your interests at heart
  • Someone who is supportive, non-judgemental
  • An Accredited therapist with the necessary experience, skills, ideas and knowledge
  • A professional with an established psychological background in containing and transforming emotions that hinder us into ones that help us
  • Someone who can help us develop life strategies that ensure we can remain in control of our emotions rather than the other way round
