Our courses are run at weekends to give you the time and space to work through the challenges and difficulties you face with food. We believe that it is important to create some distance between what you want to achieve on our course and the noise and interference of everyday life. Creating time for yourself shows you are serious in your commitment to developing more positive eating habits. The Leicestershire and Rutland areas are not short on calm spaces to focus your attention on what is important to you, which is why our first courses will be in the picturesque market town of Oakham.
The content of our courses includes:
Full one-day course An introduction to problem eating and how to overcome it. Cost: £75
Group coaching course (6 x half-day sessions run every two weeks) A course for people who feel more committed to the goal of overcoming their eating problems. Group coaching brings together a supportive and motivational group of like-minded people, who are keen to challenge themselves and each other. Group coaching provides opportunities to share knowledge and experiences with others in an understanding, confidential and non-judgmental environment.
